About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African region (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan). On behalf of its client, it is recruiting a Head of Marketing and Communications to work in Nairobi, Kenya. The role leads growth, brand and reputation for a leading manufacturing company operating across East Africa, for a commercially minded, execution-focused leader who can turn manufacturing strategy into revenue and position the company as a trusted, tech-enabled manufacturing partner to governments, NGOs and enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communications strategy aligned to business growth targets.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline support in partnership with Sales.
• Own the company's brand, narrative and market positioning.
• Lead digital marketing, performance tracking and analytics.
• Design and deliver high-impact events, briefings and thought leadership.
• Support regional teams with scalable marketing playbooks.
• Build and lead a disciplined, high-performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Senior marketing and communications leadership experience (B2B, manufacturing or industrial sectors).
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting revenue growth.
• Confident communicator.
• Experience in crisis communications or high-pressure environments.
• Ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM and performance metrics.
• Demand generation and pipeline support.
