About the role

The Head of Operations will lead the development and execution of scalable operational strategies that support the company’s commercial growth and regional expansion. This senior role works closely with regional teams to capture new market opportunities and drive revenue and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement operational work plans, departmental budgets and performance KPIs.
• Partner with regional teams to identify market opportunities and refine logistical nodes.
• Maximise fleet utilisation, optimise routes, improve fuel efficiency and schedule proactive maintenance.
• Generate data‑driven reports for executive review, highlighting performance gaps and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of senior‑level experience in operations, logistics or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving regional revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
