Head of Platform & Architecture

About the role

The Head of Platform & Architecture will define enterprise architecture and scalable platform engineering strategies for Caava Group. This senior position leads architecture standards, platform evolution, shared experience and quality assurance across product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own architecture and API standards, domain boundaries, data contracts and integration patterns.
• Chair the Architecture Forum, resolve cross‑team decisions and maintain architecture decision records.
• Define legacy‑to‑evolve transition designs and maintain the architecture roadmap.
• Own Evolve Studio product configuration, workflow, multitenancy and multilingual capabilities.
• Build shared frontend foundations, design system and reusable components for consistent user journeys.
• Lead QA strategy, test automation, regression and performance validation, publishing test results and flagging release risks.
• Develop and mentor Architecture, API, Studio, Shared Experience and QA squads, ensuring resourced road‑maps and budget alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with senior architecture or platform leadership.
• Strong service architecture, API, data‑contract and integration expertise on large‑scale regulated platforms.
• Proven experience delivering reusable configuration platforms or shared frontend capabilities.
• Practical leadership of QA, test automation, regression and performance validation.
• Cloud expertise with secure design judgement and collaboration with Security and Platform Operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 5+ and communicating with executives.
