About the role

The Head of Private Banking & Wealth will define and execute the Affluent Clients strategy for Kenya, driving client growth, market leadership and sustainable value creation. This senior leader will champion seamless client journeys, lead digital transformation and collaborate across segments to embed a compelling value proposition that deepens relationships and delivers superior commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and commercialise the Affluent Clients strategy for Kenya, driving client growth and market leadership.
• Champion seamless client journeys and lead digital transformation initiatives across the private banking division.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed a compelling value proposition that deepens relationships and delivers superior commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in private banking and wealth management, with a proven record of acquiring and servicing high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Demonstrated success in growing assets under management, increasing market share and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret market trends, assess risks and make strategic decisions.
• Deep knowledge of banking, investment, lending, fiduciary and advisory products to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Track record of leading high‑performing teams, driving organisational change, digital adoption and business transformation.
