Head of Talent Operations (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Talent Operations to design, build, and run scalable hiring systems. This remote, senior position sits within People and Talent Operations and focuses on turning ambiguous hiring needs into repeatable, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve end‑to‑end hiring workflows that handle both standard and high‑stakes requests.
• Partner directly with senior leaders to clarify constraints, surface trade‑offs, and define success criteria.
• Develop, test, document, and iterate AI‑driven tools that generate drafts, analyze outcomes, and surface patterns.
• Own the operational health of the hiring system, fixing issues in ways that simplify rather than add complexity.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships without formal authority, building trust and alignment.

Required profile

• High autonomy and accountability with a bias toward end‑to‑end ownership.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and making sound judgments.
• Willingness to be hands‑on, building and iterating solutions before handing them off to engineers.
• Ability to overlap at least six US business hours daily.
• Commitment to a rigorous, effort‑based application process.
