HORECA Sales Representative (Packed Juices)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time HORECA sales representative for packed juices in Nairobi. The role covers developing and growing accounts in hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges and clubs, and achieving agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow HORECA accounts in the assigned territory and drive sales, distribution and visibility of beverage products.
• Onboard new outlets, build long-term relationships with bar managers, restaurant managers, procurement officers and distributors, and negotiate listings, pricing, contracts and promotions.
• Carry out in-outlet promotions, brand activations and sampling, coordinate merchandising and ensure POS materials are correctly placed.
• Monitor competitors' activities and pricing, report on market intelligence, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Follow up orders and deliveries, support credit control and collections, and resolve customer issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience in beverages, FMCG or HORECA channels.
• Knowledge of the Nairobi or Coast beverage market; established relationships with bar and restaurant managers and distributors are an added advantage.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driving licence (mandatory).
