Hotel Company Driver – Safe Guest Transportation

About the role

The Hotel Company Driver will provide safe, timely and courteous transportation for guests, staff and visitors of the hotel. This on‑site role also supports operational errands such as procurement, deliveries and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests, staff and company visitors in a professional manner.
• Run operational errands including procurement, deliveries, collections and handling official documents.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, presentability and overall condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes) and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep accurate logbooks for trips, mileage, fuel consumption and servicing.
• Ensure vehicle licensing, insurance and compliance documents are current.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide a customer‑focused experience.
• Support other departments with logistics during peak periods or special events.

Required profile

• Valid Kenyan PSV driving licence (D1 class) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Flexible, punctual, reliable and able to work hard as part of a team.
• Good planning abilities, initiative and a positive attitude.
• Well‑groomed, presentable appearance and professional conduct.

Required skills

• Valid Kenyan PSV driving licence (D1 class) appropriate for the assigned vehicle(s).
• Basic mechanical knowledge to identify minor vehicle faults.
