Hotel Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at our property on Maasai Lodge Road. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while growing revenue and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accommodation, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and events operations.
• Increase occupancy, sales and repeat business through active marketing and client relationships.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, stock controls, costs and operational reporting.
• Lead and coach staff, ensuring high service and safety standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate across departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel experience, including 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and controlling costs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management systems and reservations software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
