About the role
A family in Eldoret is looking for a reliable, tidy and energetic househelp/nanny to join them in their 2-bedroom home with 2 adults and 2 school-age children. The role covers childcare, cooking and housekeeping, with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Childcare: engage, supervise and play actively with the two children, including toddler supervision and play, and school drop-off and pick-up.
- Cooking: prepare local meals, with specific skill in making soft, delicious chapatis.
- Housekeeping: keep the 2-bedroom house clean, organized and tidy, including daily cleaning, dusting, deep cleaning, mopping and sweeping, organizing and decluttering, hand washing and laundry.
- Grocery shopping and market errands.
Required profile
- Highly organized, neat and attentive to detail.
- Trustworthy, friendly and good with kids.
- Age 21 to 35 years; Ugandan preferred; Christian preferred; marital status not required.
