About the role
Join Twyford International’s HR team in Kajiado as an HR Intern. This position offers hands‑on experience supporting onboarding, record‑keeping, and employee engagement within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Assist in attendance tracking processes
- Handle filing and proper organization of HR documents
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience post‑graduation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
