HR Officer - People Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented HR Officer to support People Operations. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help streamline recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, reporting and technology‑enabled process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy to onboarding, including job ads, interviews, background checks, offers and contracts.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration such as employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, transfers and promotions.
• Maintain HR information in systems, prepare routine reports on headcount, recruitment, leave and employee movements, and support audits.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, support engagement activities and coordinate training logistics.
• Identify and implement technology‑enabled improvements to HR processes, SOPs and workflows.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Some experience in HR, recruitment or administration.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, trustworthy handling of confidential information and genuine interest in a HR career.
