HR Operations Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an HR Operations Consultant to support our clients in delivering HR consulting services, ensuring quality, compliance and effective implementation of HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in delivering HR consulting services and provide technical HR guidance.
• Resolve client queries and escalations in collaboration with Account Managers and Lead Consultant.
• Monitor service delivery processes for consistency, quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, solutions and initiatives for client organisations.
• Prepare client reports, documentation and presentations.
• Conduct SOP compliance checks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of internal systems, templates and service frameworks.
• Assist in training needs assessments, develop training materials and coordinate logistics.
• Support post‑training evaluations and reporting.
• Participate in business development activities, lead generation, proposal preparation and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resource planning and project execution.

Required profile

• Mid‑level HR professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work with Account Managers and clients on HR consulting assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
