HUB Coordinator – Global Admin Hub Lead

About the role

Welthungerhilfe is establishing a Global Admin HUB in Nairobi as part of its ZAMI initiative to increase process efficiency and compliance. As HUB Coordinator you will lead the set‑up, development and daily operations of this hub, ensuring high‑quality service delivery to country offices and the head office.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and continuously develop the Global Admin HUB and its team in Nairobi.
• Recruit, onboard and train HUB team members in coordination with the head office.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, supervise staff and ensure service delivery meets agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Act as the main liaison between the HUB, country offices and the head office, coordinating workflows and resolving operational issues.
• Drive compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement aligned with WHH’s digital transformation.

Required profile

• University or technical college degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the Global South.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with experience coordinating operational processes.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and intercultural communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional language such as French or Arabic is an advantage.
