About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager (HRM) to lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects in Meru, Kenya. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing stakeholder expectations and building organisational capability within the HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement processes that enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, manage expectations and report progress.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend data‑driven solutions.
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing to build organisational capability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related operational field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
