Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will lead the end‑to‑end HR function for Riley Falcon Security in Nairobi, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior leadership and ensures HR practices align with company goals and Kenyan labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs with operational departments and manage the full recruitment cycle for operational roles.
• Administer payroll and benefits in partnership with the finance team.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance processes while maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
• Develop and deliver training and development programmes, support workforce planning and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding, preferably in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Prior HR management experience, ideally within the security or services industry, with a commitment to ethical, confidential and inclusive practices.
