About the role
MEDFO Kenya Limited is seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to support its growing workforce in the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding of new staff.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Process attendance, leave updates, and timesheet data accurately.
- Support payroll preparation by submitting precise data.
- Respond to staff inquiries and provide timely HR assistance.
- Maintain statutory compliance and keep employee records up‑to‑date.
- Help coordinate staff training, welfare initiatives, and grievance handling.
- Support disciplinary processes as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field (degree is an advantage).
- 2‑3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
