Human Resources Officer

About the role

Our client is a leading HR firm specializing in recruitment, staff outsourcing, payroll, surveys and training, recognised globally for its innovative and sustainable approach. The key role will ensure HR activities are carried out effectively and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
• Maintain digital and electronic employee records.
• Act as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Conduct orientations and update records for new staff.
• Complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven experience as an office administrator.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
• Diploma or degree in office administration or a related field (preferred).
• Self‑directed with ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
• Highly organised, flexible and detail‑oriented.
