Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support PioneXHub’s growing community and internal team by managing HR operations and fostering an inclusive work environment. This full‑time remote position involves administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Coordinate employee benefits and manage benefit administration.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and support performance management processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and provide day‑to‑day HR guidance.
• Develop HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement.

Required profile

• Strong HR and HR management experience supporting daily operations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and basic employment law.
• Personnel management capabilities, including record‑keeping and employee relations.
• Familiarity with remote work practices and HR technology tools.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and confidentiality handling.
• Prior experience in startup or community‑focused environments (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
