Independent Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Independent Consultant to lead end‑to‑end client engagements for Joblet‑AI. The role involves diagnosing client challenges, crafting strategic recommendations, and overseeing implementation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan and deliver client engagements from start to finish.
• Conduct diagnostic analyses and develop actionable strategic recommendations.
• Design models, frameworks and decision‑support tools tailored to each client.
• Facilitate executive workshops and present findings to senior leadership.
• Maintain client relationships and identify follow‑on opportunities.
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual property and methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent operational roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact client projects.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
