Influencer Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Helpjuice is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own a new growth channel. You will identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with creators across YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and newsletters to drive qualified customers for our AI‑SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select influencers whose audiences are likely to purchase Helpjuice.
• Craft outreach messages, negotiate fair rates, and secure sponsored posts.
• Oversee 50+ sponsored posts each month, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Track performance using tracking links and promo codes, allocating budget to the most effective creators.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on growth strategy and budget planning.

Required profile

• Excellent written English for outreach and creator briefs.
• Self‑directed, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
• Focus on acquiring paying customers rather than vanity metrics.
• Willingness to send high‑volume outreach daily.
• Experience with influencer payments is a plus, but not mandatory.
