Influencer Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Partnerships Manager to own and grow Windsor.ai’s influencer and affiliate program, turning relationships into a scalable revenue channel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators, analysts, and marketing voices across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
• Build and run Windsor’s affiliate program, including commission structures, onboarding, tracking, payouts, and portfolio health.
• Execute end‑to‑end campaigns: source, negotiate, brief, launch, and track performance of creator collaborations and affiliate partnerships.
• Maintain a live view of all active relationships, monitor health, and ensure ongoing engagement.
• Analyze sign‑ups, pipeline, and revenue attribution using Windsor’s own data tools.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on ownership of both an in‑house influencer program and an affiliate program for a B2B SaaS product.
• Demonstrated results (sign‑ups, pipeline, revenue) directly tied to programs you have run.
• Experience sourcing cold relationships, negotiating terms, and managing them through renewal or expansion.
• Familiarity with subscription‑based, B2B SaaS or martech businesses is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms such as Rewardful, FirstPromoter, PartnerStack or similar.
• Comfort using data integration and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Snowflake, BigQuery).
