Information Specialist – IT & Monitoring Systems

About the role

We are looking for an Information Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support, manage network and CCTV deployments, and ensure the smooth operation of monitoring systems within our trading environment. The role combines technical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and user training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT technical and desktop support, handling day‑to‑day user requests and temporary technical issues.
• Gather requirements and coordinate with installation teams to deploy and manage network and CCTV systems.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and daily maintenance of NVRs, decoders, cameras, and UPS power supplies.
• Master data‑monitoring system modules and conduct training sessions for end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring system operations and maintenance.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on network installation experience, preferably with Hikvision or large‑scale industrial park projects.
• Familiarity with IT server‑room equipment, UPS installations, and camera (bullet/dome) setup; fiber splicing is a strong plus.
• Basic configuration knowledge of Huawei switches and Windows Server operating systems.
• Strong execution ability, team‑player mindset, and excellent cross‑departmental communication.
