Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Manager will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of Brites Management Services Limited’s ICT environment, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable services that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ICT infrastructure strategy and annual work plan.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, documentation and capacity planning.
• Manage physical and virtual servers, storage, and monitor performance.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, wireless networks, switches, routers and structured cabling.
• Administer Microsoft 365, cloud subscriptions and ensure backup and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and domain controller replication.
• Deploy and support desktop/laptop images, hardware lifecycle and end‑user IT support.
• Install and maintain SQL Server, support ERP and other business applications.
• Manage VoIP/PABX, video‑conferencing platforms and overall telecommunication infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors, track ICT assets and negotiate service contracts.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in ICT infrastructure management.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and optimise data‑centre and network operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on business continuity.
