Install Coordinator – Construction/Installations

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Construction/Install Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and the project team, handling job setup, permits, documentation, schedules, change orders, purchase orders, equipment delivery, billing, invoicing, and project close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and regularly update construction project data and work order lists.
• Track project budgets, labor hours, and equipment/material costs from start to completion.
• Collect, monitor, review, and distribute project documentation to relevant parties.
• Prepare correspondence such as memos, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and hard‑copy project files.
• Assist Project Managers with change order preparation and tracking.
• Manage construction material purchase orders and oversee the project close‑out process, including verification of job profitability.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor with clients and co‑workers.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with construction terminology, contracts, and job costing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
