Insurance Sales Agent – Last Expense

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to promote our Last Expense funeral insurance products in Nairobi. You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Last Expense insurance to prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and conduct sales presentations.
• Develop strategies to expand the customer portfolio and meet individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing advice and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably with life or last‑expense products.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and grow a customer portfolio.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
