Internal Audit Internship Program

About the role

Lattice Consulting is offering a structured Internship Program in Internal Audit for recent graduates or final‑year students. The programme rotates participants across audit, tax, accounting and corporate finance engagements, providing hands‑on experience and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across assigned engagements to gain exposure to advisory, audit, tax and finance functions.
• Support internal audit reviews, test internal controls and prepare audit working papers.
• Assist with tax computations, statutory filings and research on tax matters.
• Help with day‑to‑day bookkeeping, invoice processing and financial reporting.
• Contribute to financial modelling, business valuations and due‑diligence engagements under supervision.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; graduated within the last 2 years or awaiting graduation in 2026.
• Pursuing or completed a professional certification such as CPA(K), ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• High integrity, curiosity, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
