International Consultant – UNICEF 7% Set-Aside HIV Prevention Project

About the role
UNICEF is seeking an experienced international consultant to document and analyse the outcomes of its 7% Set-Aside investment aimed at reducing new HIV infections among adolescent girls and young women across 11 African countries. The assignment is remote, based out of Nairobi, and will run for three months.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and synthesize programme monitoring data, country reports and stakeholder insights.
- Document implementation approaches, innovations, partnerships and systems‑strengthening efforts.
- Produce high‑quality knowledge and advocacy products that capture emerging results, strategic lessons and programmatic learning.
- Support strategic learning, future programming, policy engagement and resource mobilisation for adolescent HIV prevention.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Services, Humanities or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in adolescent HIV prevention, SRHR, gender‑equality or related programming.
- Proven experience in strategic documentation, knowledge synthesis or development of advocacy materials.
