Inventory Supervisor (M/F) – Nairobi

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor will ensure that all supply‑chain activities in Nairobi follow Africa Global Logistics' Operational Excellence Standards and CCE policies. You will monitor inventory data, reconcile physical counts with system records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Daily review of SAP postings (issues, receipts, transfers) and provide corrective feedback.
• Validate physical daily counts, follow up on warehouse shorts and excesses, and execute monthly stock‑takes.
• Reconcile system data with physical inventory for beer, keg, and UDV items, generating weekly and monthly breakage reports.
• Prepare and present weekly inventory status reports to HODs and inventory meetings.
• Support QHSE compliance by participating in safety trainings, reporting near‑misses, and promoting a safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum three years of experience in inventory, supply‑chain, audit, risk or compliance.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, APICS or CIPS is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory data management.
• Strong inventory management and data reconciliation abilities.
• Experience generating and analysing KPI reports.
• Knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) requirements.
