Investment Officer – Kakuma

About the role

The Investment Officer will support Inkomoko Kenya’s mission to provide financing and advisory services to entrepreneurs, particularly refugees, in Kakuma. You will manage the full investment cycle, from borrower outreach to portfolio monitoring and system administration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence, prepare investment contracts, and manage disbursements for new borrowers.
• Maintain strong borrower relationships, monitor repayments, and ensure delinquency targets are met.
• Oversee the investment management system (LMS powered by Odoo), update records, and improve processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment management, micro‑finance, or related sectors.
• Legal right to work in Kenya.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo (LMS) investment management software.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting abilities.
