About the role
We are seeking an Investment Sales Executive to drive investor acquisition and revenue growth for True Group, a Nairobi‑based real estate development and property management company. The role will position and sell residential income‑generating properties as structured investment products, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective investors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and qualify potential investors through referrals, digital leads, networking events, diaspora outreach and corporate channels.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking prospects from initial contact through to closing and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct detailed investor consultations in person or virtually, understand financial goals and match clients to appropriate property investment products.
- Present investment cases highlighting rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, title security and management model.
- Own the full client journey, maintaining communication, supporting documentation, payment onboarding and coordination of legal milestones.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within real estate or financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment concepts, rental yields and property ownership structures.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with ability to engage first‑time buyers, capital redirectors and diaspora investors.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
