iPOS Field Sales Agent – Siaya

About the role

Enduring Technologies is looking for a motivated Field Sales Agent to drive adoption of its iPOS mobile point‑of‑sale platform in the Siaya area. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing hands‑on training, and delivering ongoing support to ensure successful use of the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential iPOS customers within the assigned geographic zone.
• Present the benefits of iPOS, encourage subscriptions, and accurately profile new clients.
• Set up the iPOS platform on customer devices, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain regular field visits to provide post‑training support and ensure high customer retention.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build a strong pipeline and upsell complementary products.
• Document activities, progress, and challenges in clear reports for supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant sales or field service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to travel within the Siaya region and work independently on site.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
