IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the technology function for City Walk, a manufacturing and warehousing company that also operates a multi‑branch retail shoe business. Reporting to senior leadership, the manager ensures reliable IT support, infrastructure, and system administration across all locations, enabling the company to deliver superior products to its customers. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the technology backbone that supports both retail and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support to all users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install and configure IT equipment and related peripherals.
• Maintain, update, and secure operating systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of ICT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in multi‑branch retail, FMCG, or distribution environments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, or cybersecurity are an advantage.
