IT & Systems Engineer (Frontend Developer)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, React‑based web applications. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to deliver pixel‑perfect, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Integrate UI components with APIs and back‑end services, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Implement responsive design, interactive animations, and micro‑interactions.
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to internal UI libraries, and maintain high code quality.
• Document UI components, testing strategies, versioning, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging UI technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, primarily with React.js.
• Strong UI design portfolio demonstrating pixel‑perfect implementations.

Required skills

• React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux (or similar state management).
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material Design, responsive design techniques.
• Performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), cross‑browser compatibility.
• Unit testing and UI test automation frameworks.
• Design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch.
