About the role
Tana is launching a Talent Pool to connect early‑career Kenyan tech talent with full‑time remote positions at partner companies in North America and Europe. Successful applicants join the Tana Fellowship Program, receive pre‑deployment training and are then embedded into global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the Tana pre‑deployment training program.
- Work remotely as a full‑time member of a partner company’s tech team.
- Collaborate with international colleagues and contribute to real projects.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen residing in Kenya.
- University degree in a STEM field, a tech bootcamp certificate, or completed coursework awaiting graduation.
- 0–2 years of experience in a tech role (including internships or attachments).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet, power and a home workspace.
Required skills
- Foundational knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Data Analysis, Software Development, or AI Business Analysis.
