About the role
One Acre Fund is seeking a motivated Junior ITSM Technician Intern to provide first‑level IT support, troubleshoot user issues, manage service requests, and deliver excellent customer service while developing practical ITSM and technical support skills.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to service desk policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Provide first‑level support for basic user inquiries under supervision.
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level technicians.
- Communicate with users to resolve incidents and service requests.
Required profile
- Motivated individual eager to learn IT service management.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
Required skills
- Basic first‑level IT support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with service desk operations and ticket handling.
