About the role
The Junior Loan Officer Intern will support the Longisa branch of Platinum Credit by assessing customers, processing loan applications, and promoting loan products. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in financial services and sales within a fast‑moving environment. The role involves both customer interaction and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth loan approval process, and it is based on‑site in Longisa, Bomet.
Key responsibilities
- Assess customers.
- Process loan applications.
- Explain loan products, terms, and credit options.
- Market Platinum Credit products and grow the customer base.
- Generate leads and build referral networks.
- Manage portfolio and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and branch teams.
- Represent Platinum Credit professionally in all engagements.
Required profile
- Relevant qualifications in a business‑related field.
- Interest in working in a financial services environment on‑site in Longisa.
