Junior Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Consultant to join our sales team and support the marketing of high‑end residential projects in Nairobi. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in real estate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and master the company’s luxury property portfolio and market positioning.
• Assist in executing marketing strategies and promoting residential projects to potential buyers.
• Handle client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and support the closing of transactions.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and follow up on post‑sales activities.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and team objectives.

Required profile

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills, quick learner, highly adaptable.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, responsible and a good team player.
