About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑paced sales team. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, qualifying leads and setting up high‑quality meetings for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of our services, solutions and value proposition.
  • Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and CRM outreach.
  • Identify and qualify prospects that match the Ideal Customer Profile, gathering key data such as company size, decision‑makers, budget and timeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure smooth hand‑offs to Account Executives.
  • Consistently meet daily activity targets and KPI metrics.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, call‑center sales, appointment setting or outbound lead generation.
  • Fluent English communication skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Must be 21 years or older.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.io.
