Junior Sales Representative – On‑site (Nairobi)

About the role

Oasis Outsourcing is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its Nairobi office. You will work on‑site, supporting the sales team by generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls and email outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify decision‑makers and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales agents.
• Nurture leads with timely follow‑up communication.
• Update and manage prospect information in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an SDR, sales representative, or a related sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with decision‑makers and business leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
