About the role

HR EDGE LTD is seeking qualified Kenyan nurses to join German healthcare facilities. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a high‑standard environment while delivering compassionate patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions and conduct routine health screenings.
• Monitor and record vital signs, maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, injections and IV therapy, observing patient responses.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes and support post‑operative recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold infection‑prevention protocols and ensure a safe, hygienic environment.

Required profile

• Entry‑level nursing qualification recognized in Kenya.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work in accordance with German healthcare standards.
• Strong communication skills and patient‑centered attitude.
