About the role

The Kilimo Loan Officer will promote agricultural loan products across the Rift Valley region, assess farmers' credit applications, and ensure timely loan repayments. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for candidates with a background in agriculture, finance, or business.

Key responsibilities

Promote agricultural loan products to farmers and agribusinesses.
Assess and process credit applications from farmers.
Follow up on loan repayments and manage delinquent accounts.
Maintain accurate client records and loan documentation.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Finance, Business or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in agricultural lending.
