About the role
Sauti Contact Center is looking for a creative and skilled Kiswahili content writer to join its team. The writer will produce high-quality content for the company's website, marketing campaigns and other communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Write original, well-crafted content according to company needs
- Expand and maintain engaging Kiswahili content
- Research thoroughly to deliver valuable content
- Edit and improve copy based on guidelines and feedback
- Work with designers and marketing specialists
Required profile
- Good Kiswahili and professional writing ability
- Previous experience writing content such as blogs or articles
- Research skills and understanding of audience needs
- Understanding of SEO and keyword use
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
Required skills
- Content editing tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs
- SEO knowledge
