About the role
The Lake Feeding Foreman – Early Stage will oversee fish feeding operations, manage equipment, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure successful project completion.
Key responsibilities
- Cage allocation and delegation of responsibilities
- Feed order placement and session book management
- Supervision of feeders in collaboration with supervisors
- Management of feeding equipment such as kayaks, paddles, and scoop nets
- Reporting on zone and concession issues
- Training feeders, creating schedules and coordinating with other foremen
- Checking D.O. readings and advising based on feeding protocols
- Ensuring feeders have calibrated tools for optimal feeding
Required profile
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Knowledge of fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Professionalism, strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
- Good communication and organizational skills, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
