Laserfiche Workflow Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Laserfiche Workflow Developer to transform manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows. The position works Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm EST, focusing on delivering efficient document‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize Laserfiche workflows, eForms, and business processes.
• Automate tasks, routing, and approvals across the organization.
• Integrate Laserfiche with external systems using SQL, APIs, and scripts.
• Configure metadata, security settings, and document structures.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience designing workflows or eForms (Laserfiche, DocuSign, Adobe, etc.).
• At least two years of hands‑on experience with Laserfiche Workflow, Forms, and the Admin Console.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication in advanced English.
