About the role
The Laundry Supervisor will lead the laundry team, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all laundry staff, guaranteeing timely and efficient service.
- Maintain full knowledge of washing, dry‑cleaning, and pressing equipment for operation and upkeep.
- Manage chemical products responsibly, ensuring proper storage, economical use, and safe disposal.
- Monitor linen, uniforms, and guest laundry for quality, addressing defects and recommending improvements.
- Oversee distribution of linens and uniforms to guarantee adequate supply and proper handling.
Required profile
- Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry Operations or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Operation and maintenance of laundry machines (washing, dry‑cleaning, pressing).
- Knowledge of chemical handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
- Understanding of textile care and laundry processes.
