Lead - Voice (Customer Lifecycle Management)

About the role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Lead – Voice will drive prepaid revenue growth by designing and executing customer lifecycle initiatives, retention programmes and usage‑stimulation campaigns across voice and non‑voice products. The role focuses on maximizing customer value, reducing churn and increasing engagement while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted voice and non‑voice initiatives to grow prepaid revenue.
• Develop and run customer retention and loyalty programmes that improve stickiness and lower churn.
• Monitor customer behaviour, network activity and usage trends to spot growth opportunities and required interventions.
• Create and manage campaigns to reactivate inactive customers and boost lifetime value.
• Analyse campaign performance and movement trends, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Produce forecasts and performance reports to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience, Commercial, Technology, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of tariffs, promotions and offers while minimising complaints and operational risk.
• Lead initiatives that increase usage of voice and data products and optimise customer value realization.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 5‑8 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in commercial, marketing, customer lifecycle management or revenue management.
• Strong analytical ability with a proven track record of turning data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
