Learning and Development Manager

About the role
The Learning and Development Manager will design and implement programmes that build staff capacity and enhance organisational effectiveness. This role reports to the HR department and works closely with line managers to align learning initiatives with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop training programs and curricula.
- Facilitate capacity‑building workshops.
- Manage e‑learning platforms.
- Assess training needs and evaluate programme effectiveness.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Education, Training or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong facilitation and curriculum development abilities.
