Learning and Development Manager

About the role
The Learning and Development Manager will design, deliver and evaluate programmes that enhance staff capabilities and drive organisational effectiveness. Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will shape the learning strategy across the organisation and ensure it aligns with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programmes and curricula tailored to staff needs.
- Facilitate capacity‑building workshops and learning sessions.
- Manage e‑learning platforms and oversee digital content delivery.
- Assess training needs, measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning interventions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development or similar roles.
- Strong facilitation, curriculum development and instructional design skills.
