Learning & Development and Performance Management Officer

About the role

Burhani Engineers Limited is seeking a Learning & Development and Performance Management Officer to lead its employee learning agenda and drive performance management processes. The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes, managing digital learning platforms and supporting organisational capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct annual and periodic Training Needs Analyses across all departments and develop aligned learning plans.
• Design competency frameworks and succession‑planning learning interventions.
• Facilitate onboarding, induction, regulatory, technical, leadership and soft‑skill trainings.
• Manage the Learning Management System and other digital learning tools, automating tracking, reporting and record‑keeping.
• Promote e‑learning, virtual and blended learning solutions and maintain accurate training databases.
• Generate training analytics, evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend performance‑improvement actions.
