About the role
Maseno University is seeking a full‑time Lecturer (Grade 12) in Anthropology to join its Faculty of Arts. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lectures, guiding research projects and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Anthropology.
- Conduct and publish original research in reputable, peer‑reviewed journals.
- Supervise student research projects, theses and dissertations.
Required profile
- Earned PhD (or equivalent) in Anthropology from a recognised university.
- Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant field from accredited institutions.
- Minimum of 24 publication points, with at least 16 from refereed journal articles.
- Registration with the relevant professional body where applicable.
